Doggy Daycamp Rules

Booking is required, no “drop ins.” Must give us a 24 hour notice in order to cancel. Anyone who cancels after 24 hours or is a “no show” will be charged $30 to their account.
All dogs over the age of 6 months must be neutered or spayed.
Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and have the necessary vaccines for their age.
Dogs must have no past of any aggression towards humans or other dogs.
If you would like your dog fed during the day, please bring their food in a container labeled with their name and feeding instructions.
All dogs attending Daycare must have completed the enrollment process and passed their evaluation.
Daycare runs from 8am - 2pm.
You can drop off as early as 7:30 am, however you are not allowed to drop off past 8:30 am. If you come after 8:30 am, your dog will be kenneled until they get their break at 10:30.
Dogs' nails must be trimmed for the safety of other dogs and Autumglo workers. If nails are too sharp, they will be trimmed and charged to your account.
Dogs must attend daycare at least once a week.
All dogs must show proof of current vaccinations.
Puppies under the age of 6 months will receive an extra break during daycare.

Note: If we begin to have any issues with your dog (e.g., aggressive behavior to people or other dogs, extreme discomfort or nervousness), we may call you to pick him/her up early. We will offer alternative care suggestions and/or training options.

Daycare No-Show and Cancellation Policies

A 24-hour notice is required in order to cancel or reschedule a day care reservation. Without proper notification, clients are still responsible for paying the price of daycare for that day. If you have a package, you will lose a day if you do not give proper notice or do notshow up. If a client no-shows or does not give proper notice more than five times they will be asked to no longer come to our day care, since they are taking that spot away from someone else.
